It’s official: Victoria Beckham has joined TikTok. The 48-year-old posted her first video on July 14 and we’re already predicting it to hit viral status. In the post, Beckham encourages fans to “tell me you’re classy without telling me you’re classy” as she pokes fun at her famous Spice Girls nickname. A butler then enters the video, lifting a bell to reveal a plate of steamed salmon and vegetables, as she continues to poke fun at her own diet.
Although she’s been known not to smile, Beckham’s sense of humor is sure to shine through as she continues to post on the platform. Along with the hilarious ‘chic’ video, she uploaded a behind-the-scenes TikTok from a photoshoot with Vogue Australia and gave fans a sneak peek into her beauty routine. Sons Cruz and Romeo both posted the video to their Instagram stories, with Romeo writing, “About time mom… 😂❤️️”.
This isn’t the first time Beckham has appeared on the social media platform. The fashion designer has made appearances in her family videos, including showing her son Romeo the dance routine to the iconic song “Spice Up Your Life.” She now joins him, as well as Brooklyn, Cruz and David on TikTok.
While she regularly posts about her fashion empire on social media, she recently lifted the lid on more of her personal life. She recently gave her followers a sneak peek of her plans for her 23rd birthday in Paris as well as snaps of her with celebrity pals like Eva Longoria. And we can’t wait to see more now that she’s joined Reese Witherspoon and fellow Spice Girl Melanic C.
Michael Djan, Head of Public Figures at TikTok UK said: “We are delighted to have Victoria join TikTok. TikTok has quickly become the destination for creators, designers and fashion brands to find their voice, share their style and their unique personality! We’re looking forward to seeing Victoria spice things up on TikTok! »
