These are just some of the top 10 cities in the United States with the lowest cost of “fixer-upper” homes, according to research from StorageCafe, a national storage space marketplace.
What is a repairer? It is a house that is available for purchase at a lower price because it generally requires major work. Also think of it as a labor of love – literally. Although buyers can probably still live in a repairman, they will probably have to spend a lot of time and money on maintenance and upgrades.
