The media inflation surrounding the January 6 Committee is distracting Americans from the failures of the Democrats

The other day, I ran right into an impromptu press conference right next to the floor of the United States House of Representatives. Among the reporters was Rep. Adam Kinzinger (?-Ill.) of the House Jan. 6 Anti-American Committee. I heard him say something like, “I can’t tell you right now, but it’ll be a big surprise.

This statement to these people sums up the entire Jan 6 maker tape.

Committee members keep promising something spectacular. But, after 5 hearings, they published nothing new and relied on their co-makers in the media to advertise their selectively edited “evidence”.

Each witness is adored by a hyperventilated press corps that wishes to demonize President Donald J. Trump. Whenever possible, media types join the House Un-American J6 Committee (HUAJ6C) in an attempt to destroy the lives and reputations of anyone associated with or supporting Trump’s America First agenda.

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) promised disclosures that “would blow the roof off the Capitol.” Of course, this self-proclaimed “constitutional expert” should be taken with a grain of salt as he demonstrated his ability and willingness to tamper with video evidence when he orchestrated President Trump’s second impeachment trial.

Liz Cheney (?-Wyo. ) lectured anyone who questioned the integrity of the HUAJ6C.

Pundits have projected their dearest desire for a series of dramatic revelations about dastardly Republicans who questioned the integrity of the 2020 election.

Even under the management of a major Hollywood news producer, the production of HUAJ6C was a dud. It just doesn’t play.

Why?

Americans are more focused on the shockingly high cost of gas and groceries, and Biden’s failure to provide a rational plan to fix the problems he has caused.

They are trying to adjust their summer plans in the wake of bidenflation issues. They worry more about their inability to find all the products that were usually plentiful when the White House was occupied by a competent president.

Americans have already formed their minds about Jan. 6, and most struggle to understand why the mass riots and violent crimes of BLM and Antifa in 2020 aren’t getting the same attention.

The thing is, the Committee’s boring production has more fizz than sizzle. But they are not giving up the fight.

The Democrats on the committee are supporters of Uber and have taken a clumsy, un-American approach to the whole thing.

The fact that the media refers to a witness as iconic actors from 80 years ago – Gary Cooper – is breathlessly fanboyish while being antiquated and distant.

It seems that the propaganda arm of HUAJ6C finds each witness more convincing than the last. But, if anyone listens for even a minute, he understands that in reality, each witness is more boring than the last.

It was a committee that chose Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), who is despised by America for his haughty ‘evidence’ tampering antics and canine devotion to the debunked Russian hoax, to lead the interrogation. witnesses.

A Soviet-style show trial where Commissariat Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) promises to allow both sides to sit on the Committee, but kicked out members selected by Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif. . ), and replaced them with his hand-picked henchmen, notorious Trump haters, Rep. Liz Cheney (?-Wyo.) and Adam Kinzinger (?-Ill.).

In the lead up to the show trial, the HUAJ6C has done most of their work behind closed doors, giving only glimpses of their product through selected leaks meant to embarrass, damage, and promote prejudice.

The unveiling of their findings apparently required them to hire a Hollywood-type producer to try to dress it up.

But, the stench of the Committee has escaped the United States Capitol, and Americans are avoiding the dumpster fire.

An example of the hyperventilated “press coverage” that is riddled with anti-Trump and anti-Republican bias is the gushing report on the testimony of Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers.

President Bowers testified to telephone conversations he had with President Trump and Trump attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis. Representative Schiff also inquired about a telephone conversation I had with the President.

After President Bowers’ testimony, I was periodically ambushed and somewhat perplexed by reporters who typically asked me questions such as:

“Do you have a response about Rusty Bowers saying you pressured him to decertify the election? »

“What did you think of the allegations of electoral fraud brought against you?

You get the drift. I wondered if they had seen the same testimony as me.

I went back and got a transcript of Bowers’ testimony:

” Representing. Schiff: Did you also get a call from US Representative Andy Biggs from Arizona on the morning of January 6?

“Bowers: Yes, I did.

“Schiff: And what did Mr. Biggs ask you to do?

“Bowers: I believe that was the day when voting happened in every state to have certification or to declare voter certification. And he asked me if I would both sign a letter that was sent from my state and/or support voter decertification. And I said I wouldn’t.

It is the testimony. Mr. Bowers did not say that I pressured him, cajoled him, harassed him or tried to intimidate him. He did not say he felt pressured or intimidated.

Mr. Schiff did not ask if I had pressed or tried to intimidate Bowers, or if Bowers had felt intimidated by a short telephone conversation.

Yet the media, in an effort to find a bogeyman, simply made up things they wanted to hear. Things that they hope will move their story forward.

It doesn’t matter that their story is false. Forget the fact that my conversation with President Bowers had nothing to do with the riots that occurred during the January 6th House floor hearing. And, the riot is supposed to be the Committee’s focus.

Ignore the fact that the Arizona Senate had already held a hearing calling for a forensic audit of the Maricopa County presidential election.

Pay no mind to the professional relationship President Bowers and I had for twenty years, spanning his first term in the state legislature, mine in the legislature and as Speaker of the Senate, and his time as as a lobbyist, then his return to the legislature. People who have known each other and worked together for decades tend to be able to discuss important topics with each other.

Disregard the fact that I spent much of January 5-6 preparing for my five-minute speech on the floor when I would join 140 of my fellow Republicans in calling for a voter certification deferral. Arizona, in accordance with the United States Code and the practice of the Democrats. (including HUAJ6C reps Benny Thompson and Jamie Raskin).

Understand that I had in hand a list of approximately 40,000 voters who had registered after the constitutionally valid and statutorily established deadline. I had over a thousand affidavits pointing to voters who didn’t exist. I had in hand a letter from numerous Arizona lawmakers asking that Arizona voters not be counted – at least until a forensic audit is completed – which still hasn’t been counted. been completed.

And that brings us back to the notion of this non-American committee. It was created because Democrats have a majority of members in the United States House of Representatives.

It was formed to constitute a pseudo-third impeachment of President Trump. The committee also violated the very rules that Democrats imposed on themselves.

And, when Rep. Adam Kinzinger tells reporters there will be a surprise, but he can’t say what it is, he’s telling the truth. The surprise is that there is simply no there, there. And, it will be up to the media henchmen of HUAJ6C to fabricate a narrative that distracts Americans from the misery forced upon them by Biden and the Democrats, however distorted without truthfulness.
