Abbie joined the panel on the upcoming season alongside Mel B and Melbourne radio presenter Chrissie Swan.

The trio replace outgoing judges Urzila Carlson, Jackie ‘O’ Henderson and Dannii Minogue.

Urzila left the hit franchise in early May due to its comedy tour, two weeks after Dannii resigned due to scheduling conflicts with his UK television commitments.

Announcing her exit on Instagram, Jackie thanked the team at The Masked Singer and said filming the goofy show was “the most fun I’ve ever had on TV”.

Jackie, who had been with The Masked Singer since her debut in 2019, said her co-stars Danni, Urzila, Dave and host Osher Günsberg are now her “friends for life”.
