Rue Saint-Charles Ouest will welcome former academician Annie Blanchard from 7 p.m. This will be followed at 8:15 p.m. by a tribute to the flag and a patriotic speech written by the Longueuil poet Jean-Marc Desgent. Marc Dupré will take the stage around 8:30 p.m. At the very end of his performance, Geneviève Borne will take over the turntables to get people dancing with French-language songs.
