‘Field of Dreams’ Star Kevin Costner Pays Tribute to Ray Liotta in the Most Moving Way

Major League Baseball is ready for its 2022 field of dreams game between the Chicago Cubs and the Cincinnati Reds. Among those paying tribute to the 1989 sports film is Kevin Costner, who commemorated his passing field of dreams co-star Ray Liotta in the sweetest way.

At the inauguration of the MLB field of dreams event last summer, Ray recalled what it was like to walk the cornfields of Dyersville. “During a hot Midwestern summer, we called this little town our home. Filming in that Iowa heat, telling a story of the magic of the American game,” he told Fox Sports.
