Forward Brendan Brisson, son of Quebec agent Pat Brisson, signed his National Hockey League entry contract with the Vegas Golden Knights on Saturday.

The California-born player was selected 29th overall in the 2020 draft. He finished his two-year college run with a stellar 42 points in 38 games with the University of Michigan Wolverines in 2021-22.
The 20-year-old signed a professional tryout contract with the Henderson Silver Knights, Vegas’ AHL farm club, on April 12. Brisson was impressive in Nevada with eight points, including three goals, in just six games.
In 2022, Brisson also represented the United States on the international stage by taking part in the Olympic Games. In four games in Beijing, he hit the target twice.
