benny blanco, BTS and Snoop Dog Collab on “Bad Decisions”

Looks like benny blanco is a real member of BTS ARMY. In his star-studded new collaboration, the famed producer calls on the BTS vocal line — Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, and V — and Snoop Dogg for a surprising mix. Between the energetic new pop track, the BTS-themed cakes, the making of fan collages, and a very random cameo from Ben Sinclair, “Bad Decisions” is already a total journey.

The catchy love song has a bouncy pop sound, with the BTS vocal line’s dreamy falsetto throughout, paired with Snoop Dogg’s fun and playful verses as he raps on the fly and breaks the rules. With “Bad Decisions,” the BTS members get downright seductive and lustful in their verses. “Let’s make bad decisions / I want you, ooh, baby, all the time / So give me all your kisses / I want you Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, baby, every night,” they sing.

No wonder Benny Blanco can’t help but swoon in the clip – which, by the way, is directed by High maintenance‘s Ben Sinclair (don’t worry, he actually makes an appearance.) In the video, Blanco, a true BTS superfan, wakes up to a room full of posters to get ready for a BTS concert. To prepare, he practices his dance moves, bakes a purple BTS cake, and pulls an eerily similar replica of Jimin’s outfit from the Dynamite video out of a glass case. Needless to say, he’s as big a fan as they come.

The song was first teased in July with the running theme of benny being a BTS superfan. In a video, he asks BTS members Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, and V if he can join the group. To this, of course, they answer a very firm “no”. Instead, they offer to do a song together, “the best song in the whole world” in fact. And so, “Bad Decisions” was born.
