A$AP Rocky is now being prosecuted for the alleged shooting that led to his arrest…and the guy who says he’s the victim is a former member of the rapper’s band.
Rocky is being sued for assault and battery by Terell Ephrona former member of A$AP Mob who went by the nickname “A$AP Relli.”
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Ephron claims the shooting took place Nov. 6 in Hollywood, where he says Rocky arranged a meeting and initiated a verbal altercation leading to the shootings.
In the documents, Ephron says Rocky pulled out a handgun during the argument, pointed it at him, and pulled the trigger…firing several shots, with bullet fragments hitting Ephron. Ephron claims he suffered hand injuries that required medical attention.
Remember… A$AP was stopped at LAX in April, with cops waiting to get off his private jet from Barbados and whisk him away in handcuffs.
Rocky was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon … and police say it stems from the November 6 shooting, where the alleged victim claimed Rocky shot him multiple times, with at least one bullet grazing his hand. Cops also said Rocky knew the alleged victim.
There’s bad blood between the A$AP Mob and Relli… with A$AP Bari claiming that Relli reported Rocky, which led to the arrest.
Relli says much of the shooting incident was caught on camera … which matches what LAPD sources told us in April, when we first reported that cops had footage of the alleged shot in their possession.
Ephron is suing Rocky for damages…he says he continues to suffer emotional distress from the shooting and is losing work.
We’ve contacted Rocky’s camp…so far no word back.
